As your guide to build your dream home, I will assist you in identifying the right place to build and the right builder for your dream home. Along with helping you choose what features are your must haves and what you may want to compromise on to keep in budget, I will navigate all the questions, builders contract & mortgage options.

The Meet
We'll meet and discuss the type of home you are looking to have built, including style, budget, and location. Well go over any expectations and questions you may have and review any buyer's agent agreements.
We will discuss different builders in those areas that we can check out.
The Fun Part
We'll start checking out builder's showhomes & under construction homes to see which builders fit your style best. I will use my network to find homes we can view. We will have build meetings to hear about each builders offerings and processes and eventually pick one to work with.
The Sale
After finding the right area and builder we will draw up the contract, finalize the mortgage & do the design meeting.
Each builder has different processes and I will help you navigate that so the process is smooth.
